Sun & Shade is a family-run farm resort. This was Terra Farms’ first opportunity to actualize it’s concept of “The Zero Mile Diet” . We activated 1000 sq.ft. of dead space in the resort’s farmland and created a vertical farm and food gardens. We produced approximately 40 kgs of fresh greens every week without the use of pesticides or fertilizers. The produce was consumed by the owners and the Resort’s kitchen for guests. Today, the food gardens are actively managed and run by the resort owners.
